İzocam in the Press
İzocam, which initiated its WCM vision as of 2022, successfully passed the audits first at its Gebkim Facility, where it produces XPS (extruded polystrene), EPS (expanded polystrene) and Sandwich Panels in the first half of 2023, and at its Glass Wool and Stone Wool Facilities in November, and thus was entitled to receive the basic level badge for all three of its facilities.
As a result of the comprehensive audits carried out between November 21st-24th, 2023, our Tarsus and Dilovası Facilities also achieved outstanding success.
During the production system projects carried out with the WCM methodology, İzocam achieved many important successes that set an example for the insulation industry. In this context, occupational and environmental accidents were reduced to almost zero, while energy consumption was also reduced. Within the scope of sustainability projects, CO2 emissions, water consumption and waste were reduced. Consequently, product quality and production efficiency were increased. In addition, customer and employee satisfaction was regularly monitored and continuous improvement was achieved.
This important success has been achieved with the vision and continuous support of our senior management and the outstanding participation, culture of cooperation and efforts of all our facility employees.
