Leading the insulation industry in Turkey for 57 years, Izocam continues to reflect the principle of equality in its employment policies by increasing the number of female employees every year. The rate of female employees of Izocam increased from 18% to 25% in the last three years, while the number of female employees directly reporting to the General Directorate increased from 17% to 43% in the same period.
Currently, 1 out of every 4 employees is female. The rate of female engineers, specialists and responsible employees in production facilities increased from 6% to 16% in the last 3 years, and the number of female employees in the potential talent pool increased more than 3 times in the last 3 years from 9% to 29%.
Izocam's women shared their messages with the public by shooting a video special for 8 March International Working Women's Day to inspire future generations and other women.
