We organized an EHS-İGS (Environment, Occupational Health and Safety - Occupational Safety and Health) knowledge contest among our employees at our İzocam Facilities in May in order to promote a strong culture of occupational health, safety, environment and sustainability, raise and increase awareness by using visual tools on these issues, and ensure employee participation.
A total of 101 İzocam employees participated in the contest as contestants, and more than 300 of our employees, including our managers, took part in the event as audience. The idea of the contest was put forward on the basis of our employees being a family. The event started with the opening speeches of our managers, in which they emphasized the importance of the subject. As a result of the highly competitive competitions, one team from each of our facilities was awarded the grand prize. We would like to thank all our participants for their interest and congratulate our contestants who won the grand prize.
We would like to announce that we will continue to organize similar events in the coming days, with the thought that this event was successful in terms of both measuring the knowledge of our employees and raising their awareness.
